Dear Indians : Urgent advice needed - Inclusion of Spouse name

Hello Qlers,

Good Morning.

We will be applying for the inclusion of spouse name in our passports.

As in the embassy website , they have metioned "Applicant Name", I am just a little confused, Do we have to submit two separate applications to inlcude the spouse names in the each other's passports? or just one application is enough for both?

I would really appreciate for your information.
