Did u Lose a German Shepherd Dog??

There is a German Shepherd Dog near the mall (jogging area) and waiting for its owner. we gave him food and water and was waiting for more than 3 hours for the dog care (lost & found)to arrive but no one came.

Its yet lying on the grass, hope the owner will find him/her soon.
