Transferring visit visa
My Filipina friend, working as Seceretary under Projacs, is having a hard time transferring her visit visa under the sponsorship of the company. It has been 3 months already since she started and the 1st application got rejected.
Now, they have extended her visit visa for 2 weeks and will expire this coming 14th of December.
Company told her that they are having difficulty applying visa for Philippine Nationality because of some issues concerning Kadama bill, and worst-case scenario, she will go back home and wait 'til the company get working visa for her.
Anybody has this same issue? in this case, what's the probability and assurance that the company can get work visa for her?
PS: need SERIOUS advice only....

buying visa*
buying money from some one is illegal and not trusted..always direct source is safe
Freelance visa means, she buy visa from some one by paying money and transfer it to the company where she works.
freelance visa can land her into trouble
@Rhea: yes I heard about that freelance visa, but there issues circulating around it, and by law, there is no such thing as freelance visa. and I have read from some other forums that it is way too expensive because there are middle-man behind such transactions and they are doing it as 'business / money-making' and some have been fooled already, kapwa pinoy pa naten ang nanloloko.
hey coxtown, im asking for advice just in case anyone has encountered the same issue, and yes I know they will serve as guide. have you read my post? I am not demanding for a step-by-step procedure, got me? if you're telling me not to seek 'advise from QL' then tell the moderators to remove this "Advice and Help" section.
no visas for filipinas...she has been fooled..only vaasta can help
Kabayan, I sympathize with your friend because my situation is also the same. Company told me they are processing it and it's been a month already but no progress yet. The last option she could do I guess is to buy a freelance visa (which I don't know if it's legal?)..
You cannot demand for a serious advise. People spell out what ever they know, take them as guidances only. If you need precise answers better you contact your embassy or labor dept., to help you.do not seek QL advise pls.
