for HSBC there is an form named" dispute form" to fill and attach all ur proof documents n submit..bank has to take action on that if not then u can go the central bank to complain
Any valid complaint against a bank can be lodged with the Qatar Central Bank, but as Mandilulur says - banks actually read their own fine print and anything you signed always has the statement "I have read and I understand and I agree .... " just above your signature.
