are rquired for Car Registration.
2) Is Sponsor Letter required for intention to Buy a Car (Old) ?
(if possible pl post the draft Arabic / English )
3) In Old Car is it essential to make a sell agreement ?
4) Can we get Comprehensive Insurance in Old Car (1999 Model)
REGISTRATION OF NEW CAR UNDER EMPLOYEE’S NAME
REQUIREMENTS Company Referral Letter
Photocopy of Passport
Photocopy of Labor ID Card
Valid Qatari Driving License
Insurance
PROCESSING FEES QR 76 Paid by Employee
PROCESSING TIME 2 Working days
REMARKS Fill the necessary Form and sign as the buyer
Obtain a certificate of employment from HR
Issue an Insurance Policy for Car
Submit the file to Traffic Department to obtain car ownership and registration
Validity for 5 years
Be ready for eye-test
Use Arabic Language only to fill all documents
If not holding Home Country Driving License have to join Driving School for one week
Personnel Appearance is required at Labor Dept.
