Does Kahramaa Accepts Credit Cards for Deposit?

Hi all,

That's my first post to QatarLiving ;)

3 weeks ago I moved to Qatar and currently staying in a hotel. Last week I rented an apartment and will move there on 1st of August. After or besides moving there, it will be the turn for Kahramaa as I learned. So I'll pay 2000QAR deposit for electricity and water. I want to pay this amount with my non-Qatar credit card. Can I pay this deposit with credit card and my abroad credit card accepted? Technically Mastercard/Visa is Mastercard/Visa in all over the world, so it has be to be accepted after having a POS Machine.

Any credit card issued anywhere the only requirement is that it should be genuine.

Any credit card right? Not restricted to given by Qatar banks.

You can use your credit card.
