Don't drink water that was left in the car

Got this in the email. I don't know if it's true, maybe someone can comment, but I thought I'd post it just in case.

"Bottled water in your car.....very dangerous, woman!!!!
This is how Sheryl Crow got breast cancer. She was on the Ellen show and said this same exact thing. This has been identified as the most common cause of the high levels in breast cancer, especially in Australia .

A friend whose mother was recently diagnosed with breast cancer. The Doctor told her: women should not drink bottled water that has been left in a car.

The doctor said that the heat and the plastic of the bottle have certain chemicals that can lead to breast cancer. So please be careful and do not drink bottled water that has been left in a car, and, pass this on to all the women in your life. This information is the kind we need to know and be aware and just might save us!!!!

The heat causes toxins from the plastic to
leak into the water and they have found these toxins in breast tissue. Use a stainless steel Canteen or a glass bottle when you can!!! "

partly i actually dont agree with this issue.. it depends on the type of bottle that your water is contained.. there are those chemists and scientists that make sure they are within standards, and to mention the FDA has to certify the results. there has been so many controversy on the danger of plastic bottles but none actually cited accurately and strongly.. well, think of the nature of use and demand of plastics, one would probably make a fuss about it. as far as i have read about plastic bottles, you have to look for the number which is found mostly at the bottom of the bottle. if its number 2, 4 and 5, they are the safer kind of plastics. most of the plastic bottle found in the market is number 1, they are also safe. other than that is a no no.. and also if you want to re-use, you might want to wash them occasionally since bacteria is just around the corner and might accumulate at the brim of your bottle.. eeewwwww... well, hope this one enlightens you...

if we kept bottle in car cool box, it will not effect direct heat from out side. so no probs..!

if no cooler in car, bottle can keep cover with cloth or small carton. is it ok ?

I was glad to find this out as I often leave water in the car, and drink it the following day....

Guess won't do it anymore.

Men I guess don't get breast cancer, that is why it's about women more... not sure though.
