Doubts in visa

Dear friends,

I got contract job in Qatar. my company offers business visa. My passport expries on Jan-15. My doubt is, is it possible to renewal my passport in Qatar when I holding a business visa... is it possible business visa can be convert to working visa. please clear my doubt

1, If you are in RP you can able to renewal the passport in business visa you cannot...
