Hi to all QL freinds, anybody can help me to go to duhail traffic department to get my new plate number it was more than a month now. and what time of their office hour? it is open by saturday? because i dont have time by week days.. thank you in advance,to all my QL freinds...

I have no idea about the penalty. But if you did not receive the SMS earlier then most likely they will not penalize you.
Even I was not penalized for going after two months, as I did not receive a SMS earlier and only got it once I got in the line to fix the plate.
Thank you very much for the information minhajj, one more question approximately how much it will be my penalty?and how about the SMS is i did not recieve any SMS to my registered mobile number..thank's a lot..
Once you cross Landmark, go over the bridge crossing LULU Gharaffa as well. Take your vehicle to the right once come down the bridge.
Now you will see this petrol station on your right.
You have to take this first right after the petrol station.
You have to go forward, take a u turn on the side road an come back to enter that road.
Drive almost 500 m and you will see Police Training Department on your left. This is you place !!
Take a U-turn from the roundabout and go inside the Police Training department. Once you enter inside you will see vehicles lined up on your left.
You might have to pay a penalty as its over a month now, although they didn't charge me but that's what there SMS says.
You can go on a Saturday morning.

so if i am in the doha express way land mark on my right i should go straight then how many service road i will past by before i will go right?
So he needs to keep right to turn left?
staring from E-ring road straight---Doha Express Way / Shamal road--Land Mark Mall (on ur right)-cross that and keep right for the left turn from Highway;
