As each year I started my annual airlines hunt for the cheapest and the best airline tickets, to travel to Lebanon. This year I found out that the royal Jordanian is the best almost half the price of the Qatar air ways go and see for your selfI think you have to reserve directly form the website or through the royal Jordanian offices directly not through a travel agenthttp://www.rja.com.jo/

Layoumal, this is only in Lebanon 3anna. LOL kidding...

Fuel may be the reason, but as far as I know as, they charge you more according to the extra 5 stars services they are providing, and the new fleet used. This is my personal opinion.

i am sure that they rented new airplanes, i don't know what is going on with airline companies in general prices are extremely expensive, i don't think it's a matter of fuel prices, what do you think?

Layoumal, I used to travel with Royal Jordanian Chicago-Amman-Beirut 4 years ago. To tell you the truth, it sucks, even though it is cheaper. I have no idea if they renewed their fleet. Thanks to God I have almost free tickets all year with Qatar Airways, otherwise I can't afford it.

To be honest with you I traveled with them twice once before 10 years, and it was not good, then I heard that they renew everything even the staffSo I tried them before 2 years, and it was greatthe best service, the food is great, we had 2 flight attendance one is British and the other was Syrian really polite and friendly, their airplain from Doha was small one, but with a very big seats even in the economy class, I am tall guy so I find it hard with other carriers on the economy , but their seats were leather with a big space in front, there is no TV in that airplane but who needs the TV anyway, I tried Qatar airways I paid the double the AC was not working and it was too hot in the economy section and every 5 rows share one lousy TV

Yes you are right. We were searching for tickets to Jordan, and used Qatar Aways online for a quote, until my friend told us about Jordanian Airlines and they were cheaper by 50%, although havent travelled with them before and a bit weary why its so much cheaper?
