Emergency leave before getting resident card

Dear All,

 I am an Indian Expat Engineer working in a construction company.i joined about a month back and i havnt got my resident card(medical and finger print are still remaining).i enter Qatar in Employment work visa.

I need to go to India for a week next month for an emergency purpose.my question is will i be able to exit Qatar and re enter without having a resident card.As my collegues are getting resident cards onlyafter about  3 months ,i guess mine also will be delayed .so please help .Looking for all your advices.Thank you

without RP its not possible, and RP can be made within a month all depends on HR and your Company PRO, medical dat can be taken in 15 days, then 3 days for finger print and then 1 week to print RP and ID.
