end of service , air ticket and visa fees

I have completed 4 years in qatar on may 15 2016. I am entitled for 21 days leave and return airticket to home country which i have encashed in may 2016. I want to leave my present company as i have a better opportunity overseas.
as per my contract letter company should repatriate me at the end of service and does not stipulate any time frame for that. Now my company wants to deduct my last visa fees and also wants me to bear the air ticket.
Please guide me what to do. my last working day will be 20th july 2016.
i tried talking to hr but he seems in convinced and seems to be humming to the tunes of managing director. So approaching labor office seems to be the only option left now.
thanks all for your advise, i really appreciate, i also want to leave this wonderful land with a smile on my face and remember this as a good phase in my life , but the emloyer has to reciprocate the same and clear my dues.

Do not follow their poor advice ............ it will back fire to you ..... think for long term benefits of leaving your work / company with the cordial relations with one & all ........... we earn so much in our life ..... why to pick a fight that too in a foreign land and that too with your sponsor ?? !! NEVER ........
Qt, No need to make a big issue. Better talk to your senior most manager , call him out for a good dinner, be friendly with him as well but tell him you give high regards to your sponsor, you wish good for the company, make him believe that you will also come back in five years time back to Qatar, in this way he will start building relations with you and you will get whatever you want from him, like gratuity , ticket, and all allowances etc ........ It's tried & trusted method ........... His heart will be softened after the dinner, get the two ice creams at the end, drop him at his home , keep a smile at your face till your last working day, go early & come back late also ....... ...............

Before wasting any time report to National Human Rights Committee (NHRC)

Now NHCR is under Ministry of Interior therefore police is managing it. They will call your company owner to report to them. If problem is not solved at their end then they will escalate it to Labour court.

Go to the Human Rights Commission
Your company is another criminal gang in Qatar. Go to the Labor court.
Go to the Human Rights Office with your contract and file an appeal immediately. They will help you out by calling your employer. They may even advise you to take the matter up with the Labour Office. Should you take this step, the Labour Office will fix the issue withing no time.
