End of service benefits calculation

Can anyone give me the formulla of calculating the end of service benifits for the workers who worked for 3 years?

actually i need to calculate Greatuity i heared it is 7 days for first year 14days for second and 21days for third year and if he worked for 4 years then all four years calculte for 21 days for each years.am i right or wrong please help me in this.

As per law, it is same (21 days last drawn basic salary) for all. (Monthly Basic salary*12/365)*21 for a year.

Then you have to multiply this by number of years (including decimals).
