Engineering Registration in MMUP

Dear sir,

I submitted all my documents to ministry of municipalty urban & planning dept, they checked PCC & my engineering degree which is attested & notarized by ministry of foreign affairs, then they asked to submit my engineering degree to supreme of education, I SUBMITTED my attested degree to supreme of education, now i came to know that supereme of education dept need my mark list also to be attested by indian govt as well as qatar, actually i attested my degree 2 yesrs back when mark list was attested.

actually i have mark list semester wise i.e. 1 yr, then 3rd sem , 4th sem, 5th sem, 6th sem, 7th sem & 8th sem.

Kindly advise if i really have to attested all these mark list, it will cost me QR 4000 and more...
