EOS gratuity and VL

I am 5months from now finishing my 2yrs contract..i dont want to go back i want to exit what should i get aside from the eos gratuity??am i entitled also to get that 2yrs vacation leave???pls help thanks.

But the law state that every 1yr of work the worker is entitled to recieve vl with pay not less than 3weeks..which is not given to us by our employer..how about my first year??do i have any rights to get that??

only the end of service gratuity. you cannot get the 2 years vacation leave because you are resigning and have no plans to come back.
