Evaluation stage status(Sch)

I have applied for evaluation in the Qatar council for health practitioners page 3 months ago without any employer and starting my dataflow.

First, my status was "Not completed by employer", then "Under process by SCH"

And now the status was,

"Not completed by applicant-Sent back"

I was able to remove my application then. I checked if I could be able to apply again and I actually can.

My question is, could they see the differences on my credentials between my previous application(which is already removed by me) and the new one?
