is exit restricted on taking car loan?

i have heard some where that as per new law..... after taking a car loan person can not exit Qatar even for vacations. if he need to move out he need to transfer the loan and registration to some one else. is it true? can any one confirm.

I myself has a personal loan and I used to travel for vacation. But the situation comes only when u exit by cancelling the visa.

No, that's not true. There are PLENTY of Qatari and Expats that have vehicle loans and go on vacation everyday.
