Expired Product in Retail Mall

I bought a toothpaste from a reputed retail mall in Doha on thursday. when i reached to home and checked it then found the product is already expired before a month of billing date. Product bar code is already there on bill.

Can any one suggest me what legal action i can take against the retailer for being so irresponsible.
