False promises on salary

Assalamualikum.

I have been working in contracting company since 2015 and by the end of the contract i wish to go home.
So i filled a cancellation but our company hr called me and spoken to me and appreciate my work and
provide increment letter and i agreed to stay and renewal of RP for another 1 year.

increment letter dated on 17/06/2017 and increment will effect from 01/07/2017.

After that my RP renewed then later by 29/07/2017 again hr called me provided Termination letter ( No
reason ) with notice period 1 month.

I have received my july salary with old basic, Again i have called hr regarding this issue. He told me
that with in a month we are issued termination letter so increment will not applicable.

Now our company told me to wait for another 10 day to get my ticket and leave salary and service
benefits.


My Question

1. Salary mentioned in Increment letter applicable only after a month?

2. AS PER QATAR RULES - Our company have to calculate leave salary and service benefits according to
old basic or according to basic which is mentioned in increment letter?

3. Our company will provide any compensation for the days which i am going to stay in qatar with out
duty?

4. How many days it will take to cancel my RP id?

Please suggest what to do in this situation
