I have following documents ready to apply Family residence visa ... they are already here in doha on visit visa.

1) Passport copy of wife and child

2) 6 MOnth Bank Statement with salary Qr.12000/-

3) Marriage AND child birth certificate attested by MOFA

4) Electricity Bill on my name

5) Lease Agreement

6) Company letter stating that accomodation to be provided by company

I want to ask one question that our company made our villa Rent agreement with villa owner on my name and that agreement per month villa rent is Qr.12000/- and now they are attesting that agreement from baladiya so if i attach that rent agreement with my family residence application so will immigration object on this that your salary is Qr.12000/- and Rent agreement made is also Qr.12000/-.....

Villa rent to be paid by company not by me so will it make any problem ?

exactly.. otherwise you have to sue them and file a case to the court for not registering the contract.

thelonius, you're mentally paranoid with your illusions. Nobody is talking about illegal activity here. But anyhow, for you to understand what does reality refering to, here's the fact:

- you have mentioned earlier that attestation must be on landlord's cost. I replied no one's arguing on it. but could it be possible? landlords doesnt need attested contract. its our desire to have it then we have to pay the price. they dont care about bringing our family here and they are not obliged tenancy contract get attested. And this is the reality I am referring to. How the earth has revolved that you have jumped into corruption and illegality issue where in fact this is the procedure applied in the municipality.

s.y, dont forget to bring with you the copies of landlord's i.d. and land title along with the tenancy contract.

thelonius, what you are trying to prove here is legality where no one's arguing with it. Im just laying the path of reality wherein I, myself have worked on it, successfully, living with my family now happily.

Your employment contract will justifies the issue. But take note; attestation of tenancy contract is costly. you'll gonna have to pay 2% from the total annual rent amount.

Thank you very much for your reply " Blackdiamond" i will attest my tenancy contract by " Rayan Muncipalty " but my question is tenancy contract our company made between my name and house owner and that tenancy contract monthly rent is Qr.12000/- that rent our company will pay but contract is on my name so if i attach that attested tenancy contract with my application so will immigration person object on this that tenancy contract monthly rent is Qr.12000/- and your salary is also Qr.12000/- ?

correction to the above: item a.) Employment Contract, not employ contract. this has to be submitted along with your documents.

s.y, regardless of villa rental rate, the above documents you have mentioned are enough to get your family RP aproved provided that:

a.) provision of housing or accomodation by your company must be stated in your employ contract;

b.) tenancy contract must be attested by the doha municipality.
