Family RP Visa

Recently i applied for R.P of my family which is already here in qatar on visit visa but MInistry rejected my application can someone tell me why it is rejected and now how can i get R.P of my family ?
I submitted following documents to Ministry.
1) Labor court Agreement with salary 12,000/- ( Stating in agreement family accommodation to be provided)
2) Company letter in Arabic ( Stating my salary Qr.12000/- and accommodation to be provided)
3) Bank statement six months with salary Qr.12,000/-
4) Marriage certificate and birth certificate of my son ( Attested by MOFA)
5) House rent agreement copy attached
6) Electricity Bill on my name copy attached
7) My 12th standard Certificate (attested by MOFA)
8) MY profession in ID CARD " Mandoob Mubaiyat"
@r_ahmed can you tell me what did they ask you in interview?

@ r_ahmed,,,I am also attended interview on last sunday. they have asked me only two basic questions.there is no main issue in interview for me.all documents i submitted perfectly.but, still no update after interview. mean time one of friend who attended interview same day got the visa next day.what shall i do now? Please advice me?
It is very difficult to get Family RP without all require documents. After having all the document i got my family RP last month after facing interview. You can ask for a meeting.
Is there any other way i can get R.P of my family without having Graduate Degree ?
I guess everything is ok other then you education. You must hold Graduate degree.
