Family Visa For Hamad Medical Corperation (HMC)

Hi Fellow Members,

Trust you are doing good. Recnetly I got an offer from HMC for a Senior post and now waiting for my visa to come . At the time of interview they have confirmed that the company will family status and accomodation aslo will be provided by them. But I have to sponser the family for visa after I reach qatar and company will help me with that. Now I came to know that 1000QR is required to get the family status in qatar. Is that so? Is this applicable for hamad also as they are providing the accomodation and not giving the HRA. Please guide me through the same so that I will not be into trouble after I reach there.
