Family visa issues

I've brought my wife under my sponsorship by obtaining papers from my company and shes here for 5 years almost. I got an other offer where i can join by placing a NOC from my current employer but i wanna know what would happen to my wife visa if i cancel my current visa to join the new company either locally or by exiting the country?

Thanks ashraf, i've verified that my visa can't be transferable to other company because they call my visa as a project visa

if you cancel your visa from the current sponsor so you will loose

your family visa status and have to apply again, if you transfer your sponsorship then still you have your family visa status .
