Family visa in KSA

Recently my husband has got a job in jubail, KSA with family status.  1. How long it will take to get the family visa?  2. Is it  necessary to attest the marriage certificate by saudi embassy to get family visa. (Already certificate is attested by UAE embassy). 3. Which is the best and cheap cargo service in Doha to mobilise our personal belongings to saudi through sea cargo.Pls. advise.ThanksLakshmi
