Father sponsor resigning from work
Dear QL'ers,
I have a friend who is under father sponsor currently working for 2 years, now he resigned and his notice period is only 11 days instead of 30 as per company contract. His company says that he must complete 30 days.
My question is this. What if he leave his current company without completing the 30 days notice, does his current company have the power to take legal action against him?
It is better to do as your sponsor asks .. he is a good man and like your father .. a few more days will not hurt you
