Flat rent and karama bill

Anyone can help on How to file a complain if the landlord is not responding the phone calls and not fixing the agreed maintenance? How to early terminate the contract? Because the landlord is not collecting the payment for 4 months and i don't know to whom i will coodrinate to settle the monthly rent and to advise that we are moving from the flat. Also there is a previous karama bill from the old tenants. How to settle it?

Report the matter to Rental Disputes Settlement Office, Doha. Suggest you file a complaint with them in Arabic. Here is the link:
