GPS watch with tracking/Navigation system.

Dear QLrs,
I would like to know where I can find GPS watch with tracking /Navigation system here in Qatar.I tried at some places like The centre,city centre,Lulu Hyper but some of them only have GPS watch of TIMEX & not with tracking/navigation system !!
A big thanks in advance as I want to gift it to my son on his b'day.
