Guitar lessons for intermediate payers...

Hi, I'm not exactly a beginner in guitar, im sorta in the middle. i know a good amount of chords, and im okay at picking.
I'm wondering if anyone knows where i can get good guitar lessons. i need to learn how to get better at Power chords, and how to play barre chords... and maybe some new songs.
Preferably English teachers?

I wanna learn too!!! I learned how to play guitar 5 years ago, but I still can't do fingerpicking! I only use the boring regular strumming all the time.
