l have gotten new job in another company but my sponsor told me that l must pay him 3,000qatar riyals before he will give me NOC.kindly advice me

But by law he can't make you pay.

Ade, Money is not everything in life .

Tell him you can lend him { not paying } QRs 3000 as a good fellow .

This way you will not feel the pain and your sponsor will remember you for the life time ...

A new relationship can begin from there ..... think positive .....
