I am ibrahim riyas working as a travel agent in AMAZON TRAVEL AND TOURISM in qatar more than one year.On the date of 1 jun one qatari customer came and asking about doha to bangkok ticket .That time i am asking about house maid visa for bangkok how will arrange with in one week ,he said i will arrange visa with in a week ,i said to him first arrange visa for housemaid and come back.He came on june2 and get ticket for june 8.After the departure date customer failed to travel and he came to office and fight with me about i asked 8 july but you arranged 8jun so how to go he said .i told him clearly mentioned date and time if you want jul 8 you have to pay penalty and and fare difference 13000qar ,he said why i have to pay this is not our mistake so you have to arrange other wise i will go to police complain about company he said .i passed messege my CEO he said don't ask customer you have to pay that amount because i have to save the the company ,but i told him this is not our mistake i have clearly mentioned travel date and time he accept all ,that time also i told housemaid visa arrange also but ceo he didn't mind anything no you have to pay and company should not taken any proper action about this issue...they are said to me pay this amount ...even my salary is 2500 qr only... I don't know how to solve this problem , they are not given my last month salary also ,without food,with out money on ramadan time how to living qatar i am feeling depressed to stay here ,my parents also afraid and affected ....there is no any mistake in my side but company wont accept because they dont want to loss business class customer so they are threatening and don't allow me to india.i don't have any other source or idea.i have mentally affected, may be i ll become mental. please any one can help me and solve this issue.....my mob no 74031083
And when it's over let us know the name of the customer so others are warned before they deal with this moron.
Go to human rights commission and lodge a complain. Also consult your embassy.
I feel for you.. The best option is to try and get someone to intervene on your behalf and speak to the owner / management.

Customer is supposed to review all details before payment. This is part of the policy for Travel agency. I am sure it is there in the Terms and conditions of your agency also. However since your Customer is having strong hold, it will not be useful to argue based on this.
Is there a way you can get some money back by Cancelling the Ticket after No Show deduction. Atleast you will have some relief.
It is 100 percent sure that it is not your fault. Customer forgot about his travel and he is dishonest at this stage. Evidence is given below:
1) You asked about house maid visa for bangkok how will arrange with in one week ,he said he will arrange visa with in a week and you said to him first arrange visa for housemaid and come back.He came on june2 itself which confirm his urgency of Travel.
2) You need to check with Airlines if the customer reach airport on the said date. May be he was late and didnt board. Check if boarding pass were issued. If he ever reached airport on this date, you go to court to prove.
3) After the departure date customer failed to travel and he came to office and fight with me about i asked 8 july but you arranged 8jun so how to go he said . That means he knew he missed the flight & if he was to travel for July why he fight with you. There is 100% fraud on the part of customer.

I hope someone can help you, but this is shocking. Didn't you tell him to check and confirm the dates before booking?. There must be measures to control this otherwise anyone can come and say you put the wrong dates.
Also don't you only pay a few Riyals if you don't turn up for your flight?. I know Qatar Airways refund most of the money if you don't show up for the proposed flight.
