Help I need a Vacation

Hi can somebody tell me if its possible to travel outside doha even if i had an existing bank loan arears and what documents should i present to the immigration in case im ban to travel outside doha... im under my family residence visa and do not require an exit permit like other expatriates for me to be informed if i can travel prior to my flight... please help
