Help: Need Advice for Resignation

I am a Filipino Electrical Engineer. I obtained KAHRAMAA Licence last December 2011, 2 months since I arrived here in Qatar. I signed a two years contract with my sponsor that will expire on October 2013. I want to leave my current company because of poor management. My General Manager is a Palestinian. He assigned to handle mechanical works such as Drainage Systems, Water Supply Systems, Fire Fighting Systems and Irrigation Network Systems that are clearly out of my scope and my practice as my 8 years of working experience was purely handling general electrical works and others of somewhat related to it like Fire Alarm Systems, BMS, Structured Cabling, CCTV, etc. He always scolding me for mistakes that I have done because I don’t have knowledge on these kinds of works. He even cut my salary once because I didn’t meet the planned accomplishment schedule for a specific date. I am working almost 10 hours of work from 6am to 5pm daily without overtime pay. I am not happy right now and mentally disturbed. I submitted a resignation letter to him discussing these problems but he did not accept my resignation. Please help me; I need a legal advice what to do to have a better situation. I am not happy with my current employer but I don’t want to return to my country because I already resigned on my previous work. There is no work waiting for me there. Can I terminate my current contract with my current employer and then try to apply to other company here in Qatar? Can I transfer sponsorship? I came here with Business Visa by the way; Do I have a valid reason to complain it to ministry of labour? Is my KAHRA MAA License will still be accredited if ever I can transfer my sponsorship? I’m still under my probationary period.

you can go to the labor office to seek for the legal advise. But, if your still on business visa... you can leave the company anytime... just make sure you only signed the offer letter not the contract... But if the company already tied you up, just go to the labor office...

you have only two options kabayan, it's either you stay with your current sponsor or you go back to phil and wait for another 2 years before you can come and work again in qatar...there's is no way that you can transfer your sponsorship without NOC... good luck parekoy...

Once your visa is cancelled from your current sponsor you cannot transfer within Qatar for a period of 2 years without an NOC.
