Help Needed with VW cars

I just purchased a VW passat 2013, milage 100700 km only. I am facing transmission issues where the gear is not shifting

I went to Q-Autos and after keeping so many days they have kept my 2000 advance in the name of service hours spent on inspection & asking gear box to be replaced. When i asked them the cost they said 58000. Yes Fifty eight thousand.

I am yet to see any such posts on internet all over the world who has ever replaced the whole gearbox

I dont see them professional and their technical communication is actually gross

Can anyone suggest me with this or any professional mechanic for VW
