Help on an offer

I am new here but I have been reading a lot of forums since a couple of months ago. I have offered a job in Aamal Company as a Chief Accountant and want to know from those who have worked in this Company or from those who have knowledge about the working environment and culture of this company. What is the culture in the organisation?

How would you describe working in the company?

How would you describe the HR department?

Would you consider this a merit based company?

Do they promote and compensate people based on performance or based on tenure?

How is the management attitude towards their employees?

What would you consider a reasonable salary for someone from an Asian country with an MBA from University of Leicester, UK and having 9 years of financial and management accounting experience including budgeting, accounts preparation and IFRS knowledge plus additional 6 years of corporate finance in terms of investment evaluation, investment due diligence, valuation, forecasting and investment report writing?
