HIA Airport Lounge - CBQ Titanium / Diners Club

Am planning to go for vacation this October and will be going to Hamad International Airport for the first time. I would like to ask if anyone knows which of the lounge in HIA will accept the CBQ Titanium / Diners Club?

On a side note and if anyone is going to ask, CBQ Mastercard Titanium / Diners Club is offering free use of the Airport Lounge. There was one in the old Airport, but I've checking online but have not seen anything yet. Maybe somebody has already used the benefit?

Last I heard holders of credit cards were no longer gaining lounge access. Even frequent flyers are now being turned away because the new airport is still not fully ready. http://dohanews.co/flying-dohas-new-airport-summer-rush-need-know/

We were there last month and the only lounges open are for the Qatar Airways privilege club and Business Class - none of the bank lounges were open yet...
