horrible experience with GulfAir

I had a terrible experience with GulfAir of continues delay with no proper announcement. They delayed my flight for one hour and boarded in no time leaving me behind. Complaining to the GulfAir main office in the airport of Bahrain did me no good as well as they were acting like corrupted gangsters. They all were friends and want to cover up for each others. I continuously asked the agent there whose name was ( Hussin Ali Alsalmi & Mohammd Matar) and other guys which they refused to give me their names and ID numbers. They were uncooperative, rude, unprofessional, arrogant and disrespectful. No compensation whatsoever was granted. I advise you all to not ever fly with GulfAir

They may go down as much they wish .... but being disrespectful is untolerable ......

OK I won't fly them them for one year .... as a sign of solidarity with you ....

Is this the one where they said, "Although the flight is delayed, passengers should please remain in the boarding area since the flight may depart earlier than the listed time"?
