how can i change my profession from technician to engineer ?

i have all the necessary documents (degree, work experience and work certificates which i have collected from different companies other than qatar. my (ID states technician as a profession and i want to change it to engineer all my papers are authenticated by the legal authorities in their respected countries. and i have just got the approval for sponsor change from my first sponsor to a new company here in qatar so please inform me how to proceed before or after i have finished my transfer
