How can I get my Salary

I worked a trading Company from August to December.At the time of joining he offered 3000 salary and transportation.First month I got my salaryand subsequently he has not given my salary.Now pending for 3 months salary.

I don't have any offer letter or appointment letter. I'm under Husband Sponsorship and I don't have labour card also. Is there any way I can complaint against him?

Please advise and help me.

Labour Department will not entertain any complaint unless you have a Labour Card!!!

he cheated the labours also. so they given compaint against him because of that he was in the Jail more than 1 month.My colegue also didn't receive their salary .If we compaint jointly against him with the company documents like Cr copy ,ID etc then there is any possibility.My coleaque has offer letters.

He cheated so many job seekers in this way.
