How to get NOC after termination?

I got termination with one month notice period from my employer due to no projects. But they are refusing to issue NOC. Last 3 years iam working and don't have any bad remarks. Can you please advise me what are the possible ways to claim NOC. Thank you.

You can go to Qatar labor department and ask their advise on your nest step try your embassy too... maybe they can help

As per Labour Law, company is not obliged to give you NOC if they terminate you. They are only obliged to give you the gratuity for 3 years. You can just speak with your manager and ask him why he is not giving NOC if it is not your fault.
