How to know if the Shop/Building is going to demolish, since we are planning to buy a Supermarket, but before buying we like to know whether it is demolish recently or not??

You Need to go to Baladiya with the Present CR No. of the Shop . Ask them and they will let you know the time left .. or in a word for how long is the Ruksa present . BTW Rukda means Permission ..

You should check with some other shopkeepers near to the Supermarket who would have received the evacuation notice. If there are no shops next to it check with someone staying next to it.
