How to terminate contract ??
By Unknown Expat •
hi,
I want to terminate my contract with current employer. how to proceed ? Will i get all the benefits including ticket ?? my management are typical robbers. I have been offered new job in different company but my current sponsor is just @$$(O) and not willing to give me NOC. is there any way i can get NOC by reporting company to any govt. authority like ministry of interior or CEID ? thanks.
thanks u achabachha for your time to reply.
Read the terms of your contract and then act accordingly. If your contract has been registered at the Labor Office, it has legal value and will support you. You can resign as per the terms of the contract giving the company the required notice period. Make sure you do it in writing or send them an email and keep a copy with you. If you follow your terms of your contract, you will get all your benefits. If the company does not pay you appeal to Human Rights and take your case to the Labor Office and they will help you out.
thank u Moltern metal.
My prayers are with you UE ..................................................
thanks acchabacha for your reply. they are really harassing all the employees here but no one is ready to speak against them. they are employing robbers here. i have got all the proof against them. can i report it to misnistrty of interior ? actually, my id is expired last week but my contract wil end on June 2015. is it ok if i terminate my contract now and i wil get all the benefits. they have cheated me since joining this company.
Please read the contract. Your can terminate it as per the terms of the contract by giving your company the required notice period. You should do this in writing or through email and keep a copy of it. If you terminate the contract before it ends, you may lose your return ticket from the company but this depends on what your contract says. You will get all the benefits, if any, from the company and if they refuse to pay you, you can take them to the Labor Office. There is no way by which the authorities can help you get a NOC from your employers. The power to issue you a NOC or to reject it, lies with the employers, so far.
