How to transfer ownership of Car of a dead person

I need your help. One of my friends father died last week in Qatar. Alham his deadbody, burried this week in his home town. There is a vehicle registered in his name. I need to transfer his car to someone who is ready to buy the car. I went to Moroor but could not get correct info how this transfer can be done.

I have all the papers death certificate/ CID clearance/ embassy clearance etc of my uncle. Can anyone suggest how can the car be transferred to the buyer? This will help me to transfer the funds to my uncle's family back home.

My experienced earlier, letter from sharia court decesion needed. Ask the family for copy letter. Goto with family mentioned in letter to madinatkhalifa police
