have police clearence from you home country also.
So you need:
1) Home country Police clearence certificate
2) Copy of Qatari ID or passport - ID is better
3) 2 x colour pictures

Go to CEID - Criminal Investigation Division new bldg. salwa road you will pass merzedes round-about. near new flyover
just bring photocopy of your passport,visa copy from passport.then they will give you form for police clearance.
