HYUNDAI Tucson
I am planning to buy HYUNDAI Tucson...since this vehicle fits my budget and its a SUV already... Any advise for me regarding its performance... what about maintenance and service??? dependability??? RE-SALE Value???
I would prefer to hear from HYUNDAI TUcson owners/drivers. But other comments are more than welcome.
Please advise before I close the deal with the agent and the bank...
i have used spare parts for hyundai tucson 2006
call 31432272 all body and engine parts.
Is the maintenance cost reasonable? I mean the service and labor charges including the spare parts and its availability???
Any comments on hyundai 2.0 Tucson's performance? is it reliable? including the agent/distributor (national company)?
We have Hyundai Tucson 2.0,and its good. If you want a car that can give you better re-sale value, go for Honda, they have the highest re-sale value.
If you're worried about re-sale don't get the 2.0, you've a better chance of re-selling the V6 here. I sold mine for a slight profit and I had no problems selling it. Maintenance wise and service/spare parts it's not so bad. Can't say I spent for than a couple thousand for new tires and a new battery in two and a half years. And I'm rough on my cars.
i'm planning to buy the 2.0 of Tucson and purely for on-road driving only.... what about the re-sale value of TUCSON??? any other details regarding the service/spare parts and maintenance costs??? Since I am very particular about the expenses in the long run...
DaRuDe ..looks like you listen to a lot of ipod music...with the engine shut.
Usually battery works
1. Standby mode. After shuting off the engine. For the protection of the car when its shut off (Immobiliser).
2. Starting the engine.
3. When Switching the light on after shutting off the engine.
Engines are well sealed so dust and heat doesnt affect them....but biting cold affects them.
commits suicide every 1 year and have to buy a new one. :/
and yea its well you dont need to know.
I've found from most people I know that their batteries don't last too long with all the dust and heat and the air conditioners constantly going .
Olive...thats the average battery life...2.5yrs!
I had a 2006 Tuscon for 3 years and I loved it. The only reason I wanted to change (to the Hyundai Coupe) was because I wanted a smaller car. All around I found it drove like a small car, had great power, no problems except the battery died after 2.5 years (normal for here) and it's a little hard on gas (who cares here).
The 2.0 or 2.7 V6?
