i got moziac last oct and have had nothing but trouble....the so called wireless disconnects every five mins and i then have to diagnose problem and then it works and then it doesnt...right pallava...and they say its my computer...which worked perfectly fine for last years on landline..
and they charged for movies that were never watched....

If only one channel is gone then the problem is NOT at your end. Only if you can't see all channels then the problem is from your side.
Usually if you wait a day or two the channel will be restored by Qtel, but it does not hurt to call 111, be patient and lodge a complaint with them.
