I need help for visa transfer.

Dear,

I'm working in Qatar. I need to change my visa.my sponsor give me NOC for transfer.but I have no computer card number and trade license because my visa is home visa. its not a company. Now my new company tell me to go out of Qatar and then come in Qatar and then they will transfer my visa.now he said I need to cancel my previous sponsor visa.please give me solution what can I do right now?

If you do have a NOC , CR from your company then you can transfer without any problem...otherwise you should cancel your visa and come to the new one...
