if u want to give resignation from a company how much time do need to gv in advance-as per law

i want if i want to resign from a company,how mch time do i need to submit my letter before ,and do i eligible for a return air ticket with service benefits,and i didnt sign any contract while joining cz its a personal visa of the sponsor (river profession)working in the company as supervisor.
Normally its 30 days from your resignation

Normally its just a month or Two is enough
You might not have signed a CONTRACT OF EMPLOYMENT yet but if you're working in Qatar, the company gave you an OFFER LETTER which you have signed in acknowldgement. From what I know, the company only issue a CONTRACT "AFTER" your probationary period (which also varies from 2 months or 6 months).
Try to review that OFFER LETTER as it usually states the condition as to how many days you need to give in your NOTICE OF RESIGNATION.
You must submit your resignation two months before..but as you've told you didn't sign any contract??? so, how you will resign???
