Salva , Fighting court battles needs time & money ........... that will come from your visa & salary .... so it's difficult to understand how would you be going to get justice for you ? ..................................
But article 49 states that it I possible to avail my wages till the end of contract
It has been 8month n counting
Acchabaccha has replied in a technically perfect way ................... ...............
Salva, Better leave peacefully & in a friendly manner so that your foreman may call you back to Qatar when there is enough work in your company ......................... ...... Keep the love of Qatar alive in your heart ......... .............................. ..................... ..............................
It all depends on the type of contract you have signed with the company. If you have a fixed-term contract then you may be able to get your payment from the company. If it is not a fixed-term contract, the company has the right to terminate your services and send you back after giving you the notice period specified in your contract.
Normally it is not so, any company can terminate the contract of an employee with 1-3 months prior notice on any grounds safer to them. You can try for NOC / release thatsthe only way here. Wait till next week for new rules, it may have some fortunes for all.
