inquiry of visa denied
Dear Madam/Sir,
Is it possible to inquire my queries, I used to work in Qatar my last employment was in Feb 20, 2010.
but now I got an offer to work in Qatar, but unfortunately my new employer having some difficulties regarding my Visa they told me that my Visa approval has been denied twice, then they ask me to contact my previous employer but when I contacted my Previous employer from 2010, they told me it has nothing to do with them because I am not in a 2 years ban anymore so they cannot do anything.
That’s what i told to my new employer suddenly they told me it has nothing to do with the ban but instead I had a CID issue and I was shocked because I never been entering in Doha Qatar for the last 5 years. the only time I step in Doha when I’m about to Visit my Sister in Dubai it is just a connecting flight.
What is bugging me about maybe because when we file a complain from our previous employer last 2010. but I don’t think that’s the cause of my Visa deny and CID issue. but it was long time ago and when we left the company. we cleared everything we even go-thru the proper procedure we even got our employment certificate. and our compensation.
can you please give an advice what I should do?
