Is it possible to get a salvaged motorcycle registered?

I recently purchased a damage motorcycle that had an accident and purchased a complete frame from ebay with VIN and all since the original frame was not around, originally I planned on sending it home to my country once I am done rebuilding it but I am just wondering, is it possible to get it registered here? I have no documents of any sort for the engine, the only document I could show is the receipt when I purchased the frame from ebay and receipt from Aramex. Thanks

or can I buy a broken motorcycle that still has its plate number and use that instead? or buy a motorcycle plate number and use it? thanks
